Service Writer needed for Auto Mechanic Shop

Job Duties:
Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
accurate product attribute information across all product lines for use in external and internal ERP systems.
Billing clients and managing work transactions. Responding to customer questions and communications during the service process. Important Auto Service
work closely with technicians and mechanics to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is an intermediate

Requirements:
Must have minimum 3 years experience in automotive field.
have own transportation
clean background
full time Job Monday to Friday some Saturday
