A renowned architectural design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer. -Lead and Mentor: Guide multiple project teams on complex projects, mentor across disciplines, and ensure coordinated documentation efforts. Interact with clients and provide discipline-specific consultations.

-Project Management and Engineering: Direct comprehensive engineering tasks, including design, analysis, and documentation. Manage the production of drawings and specifications, ensuring project alignment.

-Documentation and Compliance: Generate key documents such as specifications and Statements of Special Inspections. Coordinate with administrative processes and adhere to deadlines.

-Quality and Team Oversight: Assist the Chief Engineer in quality reviews, project staffing, and budget management. Offer feedback on team performance and maintain standard specifications and drawings.

-Knowledge Development and Interdisciplinary Coordination: Actively develop expertise in Ballingers key project domains and collaborate closely with various disciplines for seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

-Advanced Expertise: Demonstrate high-level analytical, engineering evaluation, and problem-solving skills, with a thorough understanding of contractual and liability aspects.

-Construction Administration: Exhibit advanced knowledge in construction administration processes, ensuring responsive collaboration with contractors and clients.

-Client and Team Interaction: Possess superior client relationship skills, along with exceptional work planning, time management, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

-Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Revit, Excel, Word, and various analysis software. Capable of producing essential documents like design basis reports and systems matrices.

-Drawing Production and Standards: Actively participate in drawing production, uphold discipline-specific drawing standards, and ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.

-BS, BEng, or BAE degree in engineering relevant to the particular field of practice or equivalent as determined by the firm

-Post Graduate degree preferred

-Ten (10) years of experience or more

-PE Registration
