Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fit for you. Co-op positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last March 31 - September 19, 2025, to align with the Drexel University co-op timeline.We are hiring for 1 co-op that will support the roles at our Spring House, Pennsylvania site within our "hybrid model". This means that you will be asked to report on site 3 times a week and can work remotely 2 times a week. If you are selected for a co-op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule.The JJT Global Sciences Architecture team designs data and analytical solutions using cloud systems, AI, and other modern technologies to enable the research performed by JNJ Innovation Medicine R&D scientists. The JJT Data Engineering Co-op role is an exciting opportunity offering the chance to:\r

• Assist in the design and development of information management systems used by JNJ IM researchers.
• Contribute to a project to develop an updated, modality-independent data system supporting the expanding portfolio of Therapeutics Discovery.
• Gain exposure to cloud computing architectures and other modern enterprise data systems.
• Work with pharma/biotech architects, partner with product leaders, and network with biomedical researchers.
• Tailor your coop to your areas of interest.\rSkills:

  • Basic knowledge of database systems and query languages e.g. SQL.
  • Familiarity with database design tools.
  • Some experience with systems integration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to experiment and compare new tools and technologies.\r\r
