Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer I to
support their Linux-based cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to Linux system, database, and network
performance issues
Provide solutions and support to customer issues via phone or
email
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and perform system
administration duties
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT operations environment
Minimum of 1 year Systems Administration experience on any
platform
Minimum of 1 year experience with Linux/Unix command line
interfaces and shell scripting
2 year / Associates degree is required; Bachelor's degree is
preferred
A combination of relevant experience and education may be
considered
