Job Description:

The Facility Engineer position at ABM involves supporting the daily operations of all building systems. This includes maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC equipment, as well as responding to customer requests and performing other assigned duties as necessary. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HVAC experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for technical school certification.

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries
  • Maintain and repair HVAC equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Assist in emergencies and comply with safety practices
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance tools and materials
