Job Description:

- Guide and assist customers in utilizing the Pecan platform and implementing AI models.- Help customers understand complex AI concepts, identify relevant use cases, and implement solutions to drive business value.- Address and resolve technical and data-related issues.- Provide valuable feedback to the product team and collaborate to enhance the product.- Analyze model outputs and explain complex ideas in a clear, understandable manner.- Serve as the primary data and technical contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs.Who You Are & What You Bring:- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion and ability for building in a startup environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in parallel with multiple customers and prioritize tasks.- Proven experience in problem-solving and delivering business insights.- Strong business analytical skills.- Proficient in SQL.- 2-4 years of industry experience in customer-facing or analytics roles, with a preference for those with B2B/SaaS tech enablement backgrounds.Pecan is an automated AI-based predictive analytics platform.   • Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email & LinkedIn, creating great intro calls for our AE team.
  • Ensure quality opportunities that meet the qualification criteria are delivered.
  • Generate opportunities through networking both online and at conferences when needed.
  • Log all activity in our CRM Salesforce.
  • Work closely with other departments such as CS, marketing & sales team to accelerate the sales cycle.Requirements:
    • Proven achievement record from a SaaS environment.
    • Native English speaker - MUST.
    • Well organized and structured.
    • Experience with Salesforce & Outreach.
    • LinkedIn expert with a strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
