Gunnison is seeking well-qualified, motivated Remedy Engineers and Admins to support our government customers. Apply today and we will be in touch!Duties and responsibilities include:

• Support BMC Remedy operations and maintenance projects.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems with the Remedy System as needed.
• Perform patching and deployments.
• Support the implementation of system enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Remedy development and/or administration.
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification preferred.
  • BMC Certified Associate (Remedy/Helix) preferred.Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent experience may be substituted).Clearance Requirement: Active clearance Secret or above.Why Join Gunnison?
