Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers
Develop team mentorship and feedback processes
Collaborate with product manager and tech lead to define the
roadmap and ensure team health
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
5+ years in engineering with experience in building and scaling
systems
Experience as a full-stack, frontend, or backend product
engineer
Familiarity with online services, cloud services, and relational
databases
Ability to critically evaluate tradeoffs between solutions and team
processes
