Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Engineer who will
provide application support and resolve user issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for banking application-related issues,
including troubleshooting and resolving problems
Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and
reliability
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and fix
bugs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum of five years of experience providing application support,
specializing in COTS applications
Operational knowledge of condition monitoring and associated
applications
Demonstrated project management abilities
