We are seeking individuals with bold new ideas, courage, and a pioneering spirit to help invent the future and have fun along the way.We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to support our Power Conversion Technologies (PCT) Department. As a member of the PCT department, you'll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside manufacturing, design engineers, and program leadership to make our technologies a reality. This position will serve remotely, supporting our engineering team in Baltimore, Maryland.Responsibilities:

• Perform Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA) on power electronics designed for space applications
• Test and troubleshoot power electronics
• Communicate project status to the IPT Lead or Lead Engineer
• Compile data and help to define changes required to meet design requirementsBasic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline with 9 years of experience, or 7 years with a Masters degree, or 4 years with a PhD in a STEM discipline
  • Expertise in circuit analysis tools such as Saber or LTSpice
  • Experience in completing WCCA on multiple power conversion circuits
  • Extensive experience in testing power conversion circuit card assemblies with standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, electronic loads, etc.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
