Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager
responsible for leading and managing strategic projects that align
with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment
with organizational goals
Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established
plans and timelines
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a
clear and concise manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a
plus
3+ years of experience in project management, focusing on strategic
projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as
Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Clickup, Asana,
Trello, Jira, Excel)
Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
