DescriptionWho We Are ...
SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Account Manager, Account
Services GSA/Civilian to join its team, focused on providing
account management of AbilityOne assigned NPAs and associated
projects. Increase employment opportunities by ensuring stakeholder
satisfaction. . Develop and expand existing opportunities. Promote
the AbilityOne Program and assist NPAs in maintaining program and
statutory compliance. Maintain knowledge of the AbilityOne Program
to include assistance in federal contracting, price development,
and coordination of business operations and processes to ensure
timely delivery of quality products/services. This position helps
connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal
procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of
Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts
mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people
with disabilities nationally.

As a Senior Account Manager, Account Services GSA/Civilian, your
work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A

Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $92,000 -
$110,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in
the United States.
What You Will Need ...
Preferred Qualifications
Able to work with minimal oversight and supervision while getting
results and managing the book of business.
Knowledge of the Federal acquisition process and procedures include
the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal
Regulations (CFAR), JWOD Act, and AbilityOne policies and
procedures.
Ability to facilitate discussions with diverse points of view; and
apply good judgment to situations without perfect information
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees
work in our office two to three days per week and work from home
the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model,
depending on the job requirements and one's proximity to one of our
offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington,
DC-area.
