The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product development process, from conception to launch, and will be able to work cross-functionally to bring products to market successfully.Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements in collaboration with UX and engineering.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Conduct discovery to uncover high value, unmet market/customer needs; conduct & synthesize competitive analysis.
• Create, manage and present product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product pricing to determine ideal commercial/GTM plan.
• Track, measure, and report on product performance.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve products.
• Develop content for executive/board presentations on roadmap and product/market performance.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, marketing).
  • Quantifiable product success stories.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.Bonus Qualifications
    • Experience in the Venue or Event Management industry.
    • Experience with Atlassian or Pendo.
