clients.DescriptionThe Project Manager - K-12/Financial
Institutions - Washington, DC will be responsible for:
- Planning, executing, and closing projects to align with
organizational goals.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring
clarity for all stakeholders.
- Coordinating between teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep
everyone informed and engaged.
- Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets,
and resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and
implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring deliverables meet required standards and
specifications through quality assurance processes.
- Holding regular status meetings to provide updates and gather
