  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements and related management reporting to effectively highlight critical issues, business risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Provide financial insights to the operations team that will enable them to develop their financial acumen and ultimately drive the financial performance of the community. -
  • Perform special business analysis to highlight critical issues and recommend solutions to enhance Community performance
  • ---Develop the annual operating and capital plan for the community to establish the financial guardrails and targets for the coming year. -
  • Oversee the accounts receivable function at the community to ensure adequate controls and timely cash collection. -
  • Be an active and engaged leader at the community to help drive the culture of the organization.
  • Interact regularly with our residents and staff through presentations, trainings, seminars, and events to instill confidence in our financial strength and stability of the community.Compensation:Commensurate with experience starting at $125000.00 / year plus a generous bonus planWhat you will need
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
    • CPA/MBA a plus
    • Minimum of 7 years in a similar industry
