Job Description:
As a key member of Fox Rothschild's management team, the Chief
Financial Officer will have primary oversight and responsibility
for the Firm's financial operations and will assist in the Firm's
financial growth, structure and direction, as well as work closely
with the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee and other
members of Senior Management in both operating and strategic
matters as needed. The Chief Financial Officer will be required to
develop an in-depth understanding and working knowledge of the
Firm's financial operations including, without limitation
accounting partner compensation, banking and billing and collection
functions. The Chief Financial Officer will manage all of the
Firm's financial operations on a daily basis.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position applies to Washington, D.C. and
New York City. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that
are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not
limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications,
geographic location, market demands and other business and
organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be
hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this position is $450,000 to
$700,000.
