Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree
preferred.5+ years of experience in operations or project
management 5+ years of experience in a high-level leadership
role.Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale
operations.Skilled in organizational development, personnel
management, budget and resource development, and strategic
planning.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook)CompetenciesExcellent people and communication skills- must
be able to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while
also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated
resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in
people and systems.Excellent time management and organizational
skills.Advanced problem-solving skills- identifies and resolves
problems time efficiently; gathers and analyzes information;
