We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Operations Manager to join our team at Carbon Copy, a brewery & winery located in West Philly. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service operations, interacting with guests, and managing Front of House staff. Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, while also driving sales and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Service Operations: Ensure that all service steps are followed, and guests receive exceptional service.
• Staff Management: Supervise and train Front of House staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage daily inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Closing Procedures: Ensure that all closing duties are completed, including counting tills, balancing cash, and preparing for the next day.Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Must have previous management experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Certifications: Willingness to become ServSafe and RAMP certified.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus tips generated from sales at the counter and take-out orders. Shifts would typically be nights Wednesday through Sunday, with full or part-time options available.
