Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Continuity Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a team focused on business continuity preparedness and risk-based decision making
Implement an incident management system and provide leadership during crisis events
Oversee the completion and approval of Business Continuity Plans across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Cyber, Public Health, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Resiliency, Continuity or related field
7+ years of experience in Business Continuity Planning, preferably in healthcare or a highly regulated industry
Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CHPCP, CBRM, or MBCP
