A company is looking for a Global External Workforce Program
Manager (REMOTE MA / CT).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global External Workforce program, ensuring
alignment with business needs
Partner with internal stakeholders to build and maintain processes
supporting the program
Oversee compliance management and contractor classifications,
ensuring adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience managing a global external workforce
program
Minimum of 3 years' experience in engagement processes for
non-employee contractors
Advanced Degree or MBA preferred
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) integrations
