Hybrid Opportunity The Senior Manager, People Operations is
responsible for leading the HR operations team to ensure effective
delivery of HR services across the organization. This role focuses
on creating a seamless and positive experience for employees
through efficient HR operations including onboarding, offboarding,
benefits administration, compliance, and HR data management. A
successful candidate is eager to develop as an HR professional and
understands the diverse demands of this function in a dynamic
organization. This position will report directly to the Chief

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day People operations, including employee lifecycle
management and People data administration, ensuring accuracy and
integrity of employee data and HR records Lead the implementation
of HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with legal
regulations and industry standards Lead and support the
implementation of new HR technology rollouts with leading teams in
testing and implementation working closely with our internal Senior
Workday Systems Consultant Identify opportunities to improve HR
processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and
other HR functions to ensure a cohesive approach to HR service
delivery Manage, mentor, and develop the People operations team
leads and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance
culture within the team Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring
that all aspects are handled within local compliance Provide
support and guidance to team, and others across the organization
when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues
arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in
delicate circumstances such as navigating leave and absence
management, providing reasonable accommodations, investigating
grievances, and terminations. Foster an inclusive and engaging

Qualifications
Prior experience using Workday and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent
handle of People metrics and with demonstrated ability to craft
insightful Excel reports Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a
dash of humor and a sprinkle of empathy Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work and
collaborate with multiple teams to help streamline processes
Dedication to upholding confidentiality in all aspects of work A
vibrant sense of humor, adaptability, and a knack for innovation in
challenging situations Exceptional organizational and project
management skills - you can keep track of a variety of work streams
and prioritize accordingly Education Requirement A Bachelor's
degree is preferred. Experience Requirement 8-10 years of full-time
work experience in a People Operations role within a fast-paced
environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role preferred.
Location Office is located in Arlington, VA Hybrid - presently 2

Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits
programs that are competitive, equitable and fair. The compensation
range for this role at the company is $110,000- $125,000. This role
is also eligible to participate in our variable annual bonus
program. This discretionary bonus is based upon both financial
performance and individual performance. Please note that the base
salary offered is contingent on the candidate's job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range is determined
