Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management (RN) to
oversee the care management team and ensure high-quality healthcare
outcomes for members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage care management team and address escalations related to
members or providers
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and develop
care management policies
Monitor care management data and reporting metrics to achieve
quality and cost-effective healthcare results
Required Qualifications and Education
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's
degree
5+ years of related experience in care management
Active NYS Registered Nurse license required
Experience in managing care management programs and staff
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and NCQA standards
