A company is looking for a Dispute and Appeals Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Adjudicate member grievances and appeals, coordinating state fair hearing requests
Analyze and research service denials, obtaining necessary medical records and information
Document and ensure timely resolution of appeals and grievances while adhering to policies



Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with appeals, grievances, and member complaints
Experience presenting case facts to Administrative Law Judges at state fair hearings
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn complex computer systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Resident of Idaho
