Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Audiology Technical
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technical support operations for audiology products and
manage the support team
Develop training materials and coordinate ongoing training
initiatives for team members
Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and
provide feedback to management
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Audiology or a Hearing Instrument
Dispensing License
8+ years in an audiology technical role with strong knowledge of
audiology equipment
5+ years of experience managing a team
Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer programs
Familiarity with CRM software and support tools
