Key Responsibilities
Drive discovery and execution of A/B experimentation to increase
website traffic and funnel conversion
Run scrum team ceremonies, including grooming, sprint planning, and
standup
Develop and execute a data-driven roadmap for new feature
development
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Growth Product Management
Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion
rate optimization (CRO)
Strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making
Hands-on experience leading agile team ceremonies
Familiarity with website redesign projects and high-velocity
testing environments
