Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Facilities Business
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the planning, operation, and direction of the
facilities corporate service team
Provide oversight for Facilities Management contracts, metrics, and
analytics across the enterprise
Develop metrics, scorecards, and analytics to improve efficiency in
service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree in a directly related field with a minimum of
five years of progressive healthcare or related industry leadership
experience
Minimum of five years work experience in facilities functions,
including three years in a leadership role, preferably in a
healthcare environment
Industry certifications and/or license specific to the area of
responsibility may be required
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes governing facilities
operations and safety
