EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - LIFEBRIDGE HEALTH & FITNESS

• Facility: SINAI CORPORATE
• Schedule: Full-time - Day shift - 8:00am-4:30pmThe Executive Director for LifeBridge Health & Fitness is responsible for all areas and operations of LifeBridge Health & Fitness including building maintenance and operations, as well as marketing. Responsible for achieving club objectives by developing a quality, positive environment, meeting or exceeding financial projections, and membership projections for growth and retention goals.
  • Responsibilities include planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling the monetary and human resources of an organization dedicated to Health & Fitness. Achieve annual fiscal goals through monthly monitoring of performance and make adjustments to expenses as the needs of the business change. Able to balance payroll, overall facility, and growth budgets against revenue. Develop operational budgets.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and training for all club management staff. Develop, market, and promote the Fitness Center's image in the community to ensure the brand maintains its status in the fitness community.
  • Work to enhance the LifeBridge brand as part of the marketing of the fitness brand. Continually evaluate which indicators should be measured. Provide monthly performance reports to senior management.
  • Interact with members, keeping a friendly but professional posture. Act as the primary liaison between the club and its members.
  • Responsible for creating a quality environment.
  • Abide by the laws and regulations that govern our business to ensure operational excellence. Ensure competencies are completed for employees.
  • Monitor monthly operating expense performance of assigned department(s) with respect to annual budget and other targets established by senior leadership, including but not limited to operating budget, productivity standards, overtime utilization, and premium pay standards.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and cultivate an atmosphere of inclusion and belonging.
  • Ensure appropriate hiring, as well as providing a welcoming and supportive environment for new team members.
  • Champion the patient experience and commit to being relationship-focused.
  • Ensure team members' pay is accurate and effective to meet business needs.
  • Manage the performance and development of individuals and teams. Responsible for directing, assigning, and reviewing work. Responsible for discipline of employees or providing input for disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
  • Commit to being a good steward of LifeBridge Health's resources.REQUIREMENTS:
    • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
