Vice President of Software Engineering

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead SaaS development teams and drive innovative software solutions for supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for supply chain software solutions
Hire, lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable SaaS-based software solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms, preferably in supply chain or logistics
Significant experience managing near-shore and/or offshore teams
Hands-on experience with modern technologies such as cloud platforms and microservices architecture
