A company is looking for a Vice President of Software
Engineering to lead development teams and drive innovation in cloud
security.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with the
company's product roadmap
Lead high-performance engineering teams and drive an agile
development culture
Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team across
multiple time zones
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+
years in a leadership role
Proven experience leading cloud-native development teams in a
Cybersecurity or SaaS company
Experience managing globally distributed teams across the U.S. and
India
Deep understanding of agile development, DevSecOps, CI/CD
pipelines, and secure coding practices
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to
scale engineering teams
