Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production operations during the third shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Manage and motivate production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Oversee the implementation of safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Monitor production processes, adjusting labor, resources, and processes as needed to meet targets and maximize productivity.

- Assist in maintaining production schedules and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of all production goals.

- Ensure that quality control standards are met consistently throughout the shift.

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is running efficiently and downtime is minimized.

- Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for production needs.

- Review and analyze production reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Implement best practices for operational efficiency and employee safety.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, prioritizing open communication and employee development.


Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience leading and managing teams to meet production goals and ensure quality.

- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work third shift, with flexibility to adjust schedules based on operational needs.

- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in operations management or a related field is preferred.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a production environment.
