As a member of the Division of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care in this specialized field. -Position OverviewThe Nurse Educator acts as a clinical consultant and resource while closely collaborating with Nursing leaders, clinical specialists, physicians, preceptors, nursing staff, students, and external agencies. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement orientation and career advancement programs, lead research initiatives to enhance clinical practices, foster effective relationships across departments and institutions, utilize advanced teaching methods to educate and mentor individuals and groups, and oversee educational and quality improvement programs for our dedicated staff and students.
