Company Overview: Virginia Hospital Center is a leading healthcare provider in the region, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and innovative medical services.Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.Job Description: We are seeking an Emergency Department Nurse Specialist to join our ER Magnet Level II Trauma Center team. As an ED Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment with 65,000 visits annually. The ED has 36 beds, including 8 express care beds, and is designated as a comprehensive stroke center and provides 24-7 interventional cardiology.Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• TNCC (preferred)
