We offer a variety of Trachestomy and Ventilator cases for qualified nurses with opportunities for uptraining and career advancement.

Aveanna Healthcare is one of the nation's largest homecare providers, working with patients of all ages and specializing in pediatrics.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include:

--- Delivering and coordinating quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.

--- Observing and assessing patient condition and reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician.

--- Documenting all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.

--- Participating in and updating the nursing care plan.

--- Taking appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieving expected outcomes.

Requirements include:

--- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

--- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.

--- Current CPR certification.

--- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.

Preferences include:

--- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.

--- Home health experience.

Physical Requirements include:

--- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.

--- Ability to travel.

--- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

--- Ability to sit, climb stairs, and move equipment without assistance.

--- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
