Overview:OverviewWe are offering a$10,000sign-onbonus forfull-time, licensedClinicalSocial Workerswhojoinour team!We areinterviewingClinical Social Workers(LCSW-C)who enjoyprovidingcare to pediatric, teen,young adultpatients,and their families.Ourmulti-disciplinaryteam offersoutpatientservicesfor patients with a range of mental health diagnoses.Many of ourpatients haveco-occurringneurodevelopmentalormedical conditions.Clinical social workers arehighly valuedmembersof our clinicteamsprovidingindividual, group,and family therapies.Wefocus onenhancing strengthswhileaddressing needs withevidence-based/informedtreatments.The ideal candidatewillhavepreviousexperienceprovidingpsychotherapy inat least onetherapymodel such asCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),and family therapy.Continual clinical supervision isprovidedfor all clinicians within the program.Weoffermanyopportunitiesfor professional growthbyinvolving our clinicians in multi-disciplinary learningexperiences andbyencouragingthem to beactive in mentoringtrainees.Our teamsparticipateinoutreach andmay engage inmulti-disciplinaryresearch.Strong LMSW candidateswill be considered.We are currentlyprovidingtherapy in a hybrid model.Qualifications:

• Must possess and maintain a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) license, issued by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Board of Social Work Examiners.
• EDUCATION:
  • Master's degree from an accredited school of Social Work is required.EXPERIENCE:
    • The candidate must have a minimum of two years of licensed clinical experience, preferably with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental, learning, medical and/or emotional disabilities.
