Description:GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Brighter Stronger Foundation is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School-Based Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide essential mental health support to students.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group therapy to students addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families.Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies.Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create a trauma-informed and inclusive school environment.Provide training and resources to school staff on mental health topics.Maintain accurate and confidential records following legal and ethical guidelines.Collaborate with community mental health agencies to coordinate services for students and families.Requirements:What we need from you:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.State licensure as an LGPC, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent .Experience working with children/adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.What we offer: Full Time, part time, 1099, or W2 positionsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Paid time off and professional development opportunities.Supportive work environment with collaboration across school and mental health teams.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives.PI3129ef170b10-25660-35620667
