Blue Point Healthcare Center a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Registered Nurse to serve as RN or LPN Nursing Manager with QI/Infection Control and Staff Development responsibilities. Do you have what it takes to be our next RN or LPN Nursing Manager / QI / Staff Development Coordinator?

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a current license as a RN or LPN in the state where the center is located.
Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training
Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
