Flagship Rehab is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist that enjoys working with the geriatric population. Physical Therapist responsibilities include therapy screens, evaluations, daily treatment sessions and discharge/discharge programs. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Daily documentation is done electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions (formally Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 85%.

Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
