Flagship is hiring a full time Physical Therapist Assistant that is
professional and positive each day. PTA responsibilities daily
include rehab treatment sessions per established Plan of Care and
under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Daily billing
and documentation completed for residents on caseload
electronically via Net Health (formally Optima HCS), adhering to a
weekly productivity of 90%.
Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental
health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the
day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and
equipment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
