  Requirements
  Under moderate supervision, performs a wide variety of clerical tasks. Responsible in ensuring quality service standards by modifying patient menus, updating unit cortex, passing out trays and obtaining patient satisfaction surveys. Work as a team player to fulfill patient's needs in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
  
  
  Qualifications
  High School Diploma or Equivalent.At least 1 yearexperience ina similar work environment.Ability to work in a fast paced call center environment, which require high degree of concentration, attention to details and abilityto multi task.Ability to communicate effectively withvisitors, patients and hospital employees.Johns HopkinsHealth Systemand its affiliatesare an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employers.
