Resort and Casino will feature a 56,000 square foot gaming floor
with slot machines and table games, two restaurants, a lounge, a
spa, an indoor pool, an indoor/outdoor sauna and an 80 room hotel
with 12 luxury suites.Located in scenic Eastern Washington, this
resort is seeking a talented and experienced Resort Restaurant Sous
Chef to lead their Asian inspired, full service dining facility. As
Sous Chef, you are responsible for overseeing the day to day
running of restaurant at both lunch and dinner periods, as well as
training the staff in quality control and consistency to adhere to
all food items recipes.Requirements Ideal candidate will have the
