Culinary Systems Analyst at SSP summary: As a Culinary Systems
Analyst at SSP America, you will be responsible for implementing
and optimizing restaurant operations software at airport locations
across North America. This role involves troubleshooting POS
systems, training culinary teams, and ensuring compliance with food
safety regulations. With extensive travel required, you will
collaborate with teams to enhance food experiences in various
airports, leveraging your culinary expertise and technical skills.

- $59,000 - $75,000 / year
- This is a temporary position (about 18-24 months) with an
opportunity to move into a permanent analyst role. - At SSP

optimization across multiple locations. - As a - Culinary Systems
Analyst , you'll play a key role in programming and troubleshooting
restaurant POS systems, training culinary teams, and supporting our
operational technology across airport locations. This role requires
travel across the U.S. and Canada (-50%) to support our restaurant
teams in adopting these critical systems. What You'll Do:
- Serve as the go-to expert for implementing Micros Simphony and
CrunchTime across multiple airport restaurants.
- Troubleshoot and maintain system performance, ensuring smooth
daily operations.
- Collaborate with teams to address technical issues, system
updates, and training needs.
- Analyze recipes, nutritional data, and menu costs to ensure
compliance with USDA and FDA guidelines.
- Write clear and accurate culinary preparation methods and HACCP
procedures.
- Independently manage multiple system rollouts and provide
hands-on support during transitions.
- Travel frequently to assist teams on-site and provide direct
support. What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree
preferred.
- Minimum -5 years' experience as a - Chef, Kitchen Manager , or
in a similar role.
- Technical proficiency with restaurant operations software like
Micros Simphony and CrunchTime.
- Strong understanding of nutrition, food safety regulations, and
menu costing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project
management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (-50%)
