Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead their HR team and oversee key functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and workforce development. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives while fostering a positive and engaged workplace culture.

About You:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
3+ years of human resources experience in a professional setting
Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred


The Job:
Lead full-cycle recruitment, from talent acquisition to selection
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Administer 401(k) plans, including compliance testing and employer contributions
Develop and implement HR policies, including Employee Handbook updates
Deliver employee and leadership training programs
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and coordinate updates with insurance providers (e.g., OSHA, Lead-Based Paint)
Manage workers' compensation claims and assist with annual audit reporting
Handle employee relations, including terminations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions
Partner with legal counsel on discrimination complaints and workplace investigations
Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and track key workforce metrics
