experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development
of an internal platform. In this role you will be data driven, have
a customer mindset, and passionate about technology. You may have
some engineering management background with a proven track record
of hands-on development delivering impactful solutions through
technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence
the design of the platform going forward: decisions surrounding
Ci/Cd, asynchronous communication, architecture decisions for front
end development, and more in a cloud (Azure) environment.What it

Be Responsible For:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer
service
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from
requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement best practices for software development, including
coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
- Identify and address technical challenges and risks, providing
effective solutions.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or
equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack software
engineerPreferred/ Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with at least one or more object-oriented
programming/support languages (Preferably C#/.NET)
- Experience with relational and document databases, such as SQL
Server & Cosmos Db
- Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud providers
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation
- Experience with message bus technologies (RabbitMq, Kafka,
Azure Service Bus)
- Experience with Javascript and/or WASM (Web Assembly)
- Generative AI experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking,
collaboration, and leadership
- Expertise in defining, scaling, and delivering software
products leveraging software development process through an
in-depth understanding of customer needs* Applicants must be
