experience of our OverviewThis is a Hybrid position based in our
Headquarters location in Lancaster, PAThe Agile Program Manager
will lead and optimize agile processes and delivery teams across
multiple business areas and departments within the organization.
This role will drive agile transformation initiatives, including
change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. This
role will also partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to
ensure alignment and support for agile practices and processes and
own/provide metrics that will assist with making business
decisions.Responsibilities
- Assess current processes and culture to identify areas for
improvement and establish and track metrics to measure identified
areas of improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and employ
best practices into the organizational program.
- Lead and manage the change management efforts for the
implementation of new agile teams as well as change within the
existing agile team.
- Collaborate with teams and executives to design and implement
agile practices that are tailored to the organization's needs,
while still following best practice principles.
- Prepare and present regular reports on agile program process,
achievements, challenges, and opportunities to various management
teams and executives.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align talent
management with agile framework goals. Lead the identification and
implementation of educational libraries that will assist with
growing and maintaining skillsets and knowledge required for all
roles on the team to be successful.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for agile initiatives
and transformation efforts.
- Manage agile coach(es) and scrum masters to ensure team
development and agile adoption.QualificationsEducationBachelor
Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Computer
Science, or a related field. (Required)Required Experience7 or more
years program, project, or product management.10 or more years
financial industry experience.CertificationsCertified Scrum Master,
PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification. (Preferred)Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the
ability to influence and motivate teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective conflict management skills
- Provides a strong, proven leadership skill setOther Duties as

assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization,

but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance

applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to
the appropriate level of management.Pay TransparencyTo provide
greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on
all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges
for our roles based on the position, function, and
responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies
in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined
based on a combination of factors including the candidate's
knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant
licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic
location.The salary range for this position is $132,400.00 -
$220,600.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job
is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock
units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term
incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company
