OverviewBigBear.ai is hiring full stack and specialized software engineers. In the position of Software Engineer, you will be expected to perform in a fast-paced role making life better for the customer's user base. The organization is focused on discovery of opportunities and enabling activities in numerous technical fields. You will be responsible for designing and delivering custom applications providing data visualization, workflow automation, and mission cognizance for mission-critical activities. You will work closely with the mission customer and provide support as needed on a wide variety of tasks.This position will report to an on-site location in Maryland; an active TS-SCI clearance with Poly is required.What you will do

• Develop scripts and analytics to provide novel insights into hard questions.
• Find and aggregate data from disparate sources and integrate into new and existing tools.
• Develop new UIs and visualizations to address gaps in customer toolsets and improve existing tools.
• Elicit requirements and feedback directly from end-users and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide expertise where needed and leverage the experience of the broader team.What you need to have
  • Technical Degree and 3 plus years of experience.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS-SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Experience with any of the following languages and associated technology stacks:Java, C#, C/C++, Python, Spring, JavaScript, React, Django, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Subversion, Jira, Confluence, databases (graph, relational, noSQL).What we'd like you to have
