Job Description:
A company is looking for a Third Party Liability (TPL) Claims
Specialist to manage accounts related to litigation and insurance
claims.
Key Responsibilities
Contact attorneys and adjusters to track case status and send
necessary documentation
Review accounts to determine lien eligibility and manage settlement
tracking for providers
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to
legal guidelines regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
Required Qualifications
General understanding of relevant legal knowledge
Ability to organize and set priorities based on situational
demands
Proven sense of professional and personal judgment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in claims management or related field preferred
