Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to help manage with legal intakes, however, the ideal candidate will be interested in multi-tasking and taking on additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.

Intake Specialist Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:00A - 7:00P or 11:00A - 8:00P
• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
• Type: Contract to Hire Role Intake Specialist Job Description:
  • Manage a high-volume intake system, ensuring efficient processing of incoming inquiries.
  • Respond to intakes promptly, maintaining a timely flow of communication.
  • Conduct lead screenings to assess case eligibility and prioritize accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other Legal Intake Specialists to complete special projects and achieve team objectives.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Intake Specialist Job Requirements:
    • High School Diploma (Minimum requirement)
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
