Program Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate IT requirements and
software development projects with rapid timelines and evolving
requirements in a highly collaborative and interactive environment
in order to support the program mission. You will provide support
on a team that provides a full spectrum of important IT-focused,
enterprise-wide lifecycle support, including DevOps, applied
technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and
infrastructure lifecycle support services across the customer's
enterprise.Duties include but are not limited to: Customer front
and focusing on enhancing the end-user experience and integrate
support services to promote a seamless, integrated, end-to end
modelWorking in collaboration to drive the adoption of timely, cost
effective and secure IT solutions by promoting seamless integration
and an end-to-end (full life cycle) IT approach that provides
customers insight to their IT requirements throughout the entirety
of the process. Through the use of this customer engagement plan,
IT Advocates are postured to promote a consistent customer service
experience that is focused on achieving mission
imperativesFacilitate customer and stakeholder sessions for the
identification and clarification of business process needs and
coordinate development of the technology solutions and facilitate
data gathering activities by utilizing established workflows and
quality reviewsPlan, document and coordinate new and existing
business cases and project review board briefs to receive approvals
and to further coordinate procurement, provisioning and
implementations. The role will include hands-on solution
architecture, resource management, implementation support, and
client management.Serve as point of contract for non-routine to
moderately complex installation projects for communication
networksAccountable for meeting contractual performance criteria
and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall
project completionPlan, direct, and coordinate Application
Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps activities, information
systems, infrastructure and architecture planning to bring value
and impact to the customerAnalyze computer and information needs of
an organization from an operational and strategic perspective and
determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment
requirementsDevelop long-term strategic objectives to ensure user
requirements will be satisfied in future yearsPerform horizontal
system integration planning and interface with other functional
areas, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented
in a timely mannerServe as point of contract for non-routine to
moderately complex installation projects for communication
networksWork closely with the Program Manager on the performance
criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful
overall project completionCoordinate activities in support of
program managers and teams that support the provisioning, design,
installation, maintenance, and billing of serviceTrack and monitor
service orders through completion and turn-up, and prepare
deliverables (e.g., status reports to Government, order
information, open issues)You'll Bring These
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field, from an
accredited institutionMinimum of 8 years of relevant
experience5-10+ years IC Enterprise support and hands on technical
/ strategic experience) in at least three or more of the following
technical areas;Software Engineering (Java), to include DevOps or
DevSecOpsInfrastructure (Cloud and On-Prem)Business Intelligence /
Big Data / Data ScienceITSM -TS/SCI clearance with
polygraphDemonstrated (non-academic) experience in a similar role
(day-to-day management as a contractor supporting a government
enterprise IT environment)Demonstrated experience defining
measurable metrics to monitor progressThese Qualifications Would be

methodologies, DevSecOps tools, ServiceNow, AWS / Azure / GCP cloud

Service ManagementProvide management of contract personnel, ensure
high quality and acceptable task completion, and ensure

Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary
including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal
Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates,
relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies,
