Andra Hem Barback Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a part-time Barback at Andra Hem, a small luxury cocktail lounge in the heart of Rittenhouse. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the success of our expanding shifts.Responsibilities:

• Assisting Bartenders: Work closely with our experienced bartenders to keep the bars stocked and organized, delivering an exceptional service to our guests.
• Maintaining Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to provide informed suggestions to our guests.
• Anticipating Guest Needs: Anticipate and respond promptly to our guests' needs, offering personalized suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Displaying Competency: Demonstrate a deep understanding and competency in all steps of service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Serving Responsibly: Maintain a thorough knowledge of state and local laws for serving alcohol responsibly, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, both with coworkers and guests.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and proper sanitation practices throughout the lounge.
• Liquor Inventory: Assist in maintaining accurate liquor inventory levels.
• Team Player: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.Requirements:
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift 35-50lbs and comfortably carry trays and bus tubs up and down stairs.
  • Experience: Upscale F&B experience required.
