A SERVER position at Fearless Restaurant Group. We give a damn about our employees. We're a multi-concept group of artisanal restaurants with a creative, ambitious business model. Our new restaurant, Testa Rossa, is a spicy, sexy addition with Italian-American cuisine and a modernist design. As a Testa Rossa Server, you'll welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm. Key responsibilities include:
--- Welcoming guests into our home with a friendly demeanor
--- Demonstrating competency in all steps of service
--- Building knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
--- Maintaining accurate knowledge of menu items and beverage programs

Requirements:
--- Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
--- Excellent written and oral communication skills
--- Highly developed interpersonal skills
--- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
--- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
